Conscious Teams
People come together in groups all the time, driven by the intention and desire to make a meaningful and worthwhile impact. Whether it's a once-off gathering or an ongoing connection, we meet (sometimes often) and join forces to get more done, more creatively, and more effectively than any one of us can accomplish alone.

Arguably, even a partnership between two people relies on teamwork to succeed. In our professional and personal lives, we are part of various teams, juggling multiple responsibilities.

The reality is a that a group of people, no matter how motivated, well-intentioned, and aligned around a common goal, do NOT automatically become a team.
We know it's important but how much attention do we actually pay to how we work together? How consciously do we collaborate? Do we acknowledge the invisible forces and dynamics at work in the space that either help or hinder our efforts?
Whenever we come together to do anything that's aimed at achieving a common purpose, we're part of a team. Or so we're led to believe.
